Debt-free and experienced as a city manager and Main Street manager, Leisa understands the importance of fiscal responsibility and effective governance in driving positive change. Leisa’s innovative proposals, from establishing leadership programs for high school seniors to supporting local businesses and enhancing border control measures, reflect her dedication to fostering prosperity and security for all Oklahomans.
