Lisa Janloo is a mother, small business owner, community leader, and workforce development champion with more than a decade of experience serving Oklahoma’s families, workers, and communities. She is deeply committed to strengthening communities, supporting workers, and promoting opportunities across the state.
As a dedicated mother, Lisa balances family life with her business responsibilities and active community service. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she founded a homeschool program to ensure children continued receiving a high-quality education. She has served as Vice President of the Spencer Chamber of Commerce, where she helped attract new businesses and revitalize Spencer’s downtown area. Lisa also chaired the Spencer Parks Board, focusing on strengthening and improving community spaces for families and residents.
In her advocacy for second-chance programs, she served as Board President of the STAAR Foundation. A passionate workforce development advocate, Lisa has worked to assist formerly incarcerated individuals in gaining essential skills, securing employment, and successfully reentering the workforce.
Lisa serves as State Director for the L.U.C.A. Foundation (Latinos United for Conservative Action), where she has collaborated with the Trump campaign to engage minority communities and encourage civic participation. For over 10 years, she has maintained strong connections to Oklahoma’s workforce, schools, and local communities.
Supported by numerous small businesses and elected officials for her leadership and results-driven approach, Lisa is an active Republican and grassroots leader. She is a member of Republican Women of Central Oklahoma and the Young Republican Women’s group, and she has participated in precinct meetings, state conventions, and Lions Den events to support conservative candidates.
