The Tulsa State Fair is the county party’s biggest face-to-face outreach of the year. From October 1–11, 2026, at Expo Square, more than a million people walk the grounds. Our booth is where Tulsans meet Republican volunteers, pick up candidate information, and hear why November 3 matters

What Volunteers Do:
Shifts are short, social, and easy to learn. Typical work:

Greet fairgoers and invite them to stop

Share candidate information and talking points (we brief you)

Help with simple displays, merch, or signup sheets

Take photos / videos for party social (optional)

Keep the booth tidy and stocked
No experience required. Pair new volunteers with a veteran when possible. Wear comfortable shoes and party or patriotic colors. Bring water; we will share booth rules and talking points before your shift.
Why the fair booth matters
The Tulsa State Fair (“11 Days of Awesome”) is held the fourth Thursday after Labor Day through the following Sunday. Families, first-time voters, and longtime conservatives all pass the same aisles. A staffed Republican booth is how Tulsa County GOP:

Introduces 2026 Republican candidates before the November 3 general election

Answers questions about the county and state ticket

Hands out literature, stickers, and volunteer cards

Builds the volunteer list for the last six weeks of the campaign

Shows up as a visible, welcoming conservative presence at Expo Square
Elected officials and candidates often stop by. In past years the booth has been one of the highest-traffic Republican events in Tulsa County.
