Aaron (Adam) Forst is a small business owner, community leader, and Republican candidate for Oklahoma State Senate District 34 in the 2026 election.

Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Forst graduated from Verdigris High School. He earned an associate degree from Tulsa Community College, a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University, and also attended Rogers State University. He has built and successfully operated two small businesses, maintaining profitability even through challenging periods like the COVID-19 pandemic.

A lifelong Oklahoman and resident of the Owasso area, Forst is a devoted Christian and family man who is deeply involved in his local community. He and his wife actively participate in the Owasso Chamber of Commerce and serve through their church, including volunteering with Vacation Bible School. He has a background that includes working as a licensed EMT and values hard work, personal responsibility, and service—lessons he learned early while delivering newspapers as a teenager.

Forst first entered politics in 2018, running as a Democrat for Oklahoma House District 72. He is now running as a Republican, reflecting his conservative values focused on faith, family, limited government, pro-business policies, pro-life stances, and traditional family values. He is particularly passionate about supporting small businesses, first responders, parental rights, and reducing government overreach and taxes.

He has received endorsements from the Owasso Fire Department and Tulsa Police, highlighting his strong support for law enforcement and public safety.

Forst describes himself as a principled, community-first leader who believes in serving constituents with integrity, respect, and a commitment to Oklahoma values. He is campaigning on strengthening families, growing the economy, and delivering common-sense representation for District 34.
