Carrie DeWeese is a Tulsa-area Realtor, Homebuilder, and community leaderwho knows firsthand the challenges Oklahoma families and small businessesface. A graduate of the University of Tulsa, she has spent her career helpingfamilies find safe and accessible housing options across our region. Carrie is not a career politician—she’s a problem solver and an advocate readyto bring real-world experience to the State Capitol. She believes your home isyour sanctuary, and she is dedicated to defending those rights for District 69. Carrie grew up watching her father build a homebuilding business from theground up. That example shaped her belief that the American Dream is builtthrough perseverance, integrity, and hard work.
Today, Carrie continues that legacy helping families find and build homesthroughout the Tulsa metro area. Through her work and her family’s businesses, Carrie helps support over 200 jobs directly and indirectly, strengthening the local economy and creatingopportunity in Green Country.
Carrie is a recognized leader in Oklahoma’s real estate and homebuilding community, serving in leadership roles within the National Association of Home Builders as Chair of Professional Women in Building, National Workforce Development Advisory Board Member, National Sales & Marketing Council Trustee, 55+ Housing Industry Council Board of Trustees, Oklahoma Homebuilders Association Board Member and Board Member of the Tulsa Homebuilders Association.
Carrie DeWeese is a lifelong Oklahoman with deep roots in the Tulsa area. Aproud graduate of Tulsa Memorial High School, she went on to earn dualdegrees in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Tulsa. For more than 20 years, Carrie has called Jenks and South Tulsa home. She and her husband Erin, also a Home Builder, continue her family’s legacy, working in their family’s multi-generation building business, Brian D. Wiggs Homes. The company was first started by Carrie’s father and is located on Main Street Jenks.
Carrie’s family life is grounded in the same values that define other Oklahomafamilies—hard work, faith, and service to community.Faith is the cornerstone of Carrie’s life. She attends Holy Family Cathedral,where she has been an active member since 1993. Carrie believes that faith,family, and freedom are the pillars of strong communities, and those valueswill guide her leadership at the State Capitol. Carrie will proudly supporttraditional values like the Right to Life and Second Amendment rights.
