Sheila Dills

Sheila Dills

State Representative District 69

Years as a registered Republican:

40

Sheila Dills is a proven conservative leader, small business owner, and fearless reformer running for Oklahoma House District 69. She previously served as State Representative for House District 69 from 2018 to 2022 but chose not to seek re-election following the death of her husband. She now seeks to continue her record of success and serve the people of House District 69 once again.

While serving in the House of Representatives, Sheila was Assistant Majority Floor Leader, was elected Caucus Chair by the Republican Caucus in 2020, and served as Vice-Chair of Government Efficiency. She led efforts for greater transparency and accountability, authoring HB 1395, a transparency law that helped uncover the largest misuse of taxpayer funds in Oklahoma history. She also championed key conservative reforms, including legislation to protect women’s sports, increase transparency in public education spending, and strengthen oversight of taxpayer dollars. Additionally, she authored and passed legislation providing tax credits for veterans’ organizations as well as bills focused on public safety and criminal justice reform.

After choosing not to seek re-election in 2022, Sheila returned to the private sector as a small business owner in Jenks. Known for her courage and unwillingness to compromise on doing what is right, Sheila Dills brings a proven track record of delivering results for Oklahoma families. She is committed to responsible government, strong communities, and conservative values that put people first. She can walk into the Capitol on day one and deliver immediate results. Sheila is a member of Asbury Church.
