Sheila Dills

Sheila Dills is a proven conservative leader, small business owner, and fearless reformer running for Oklahoma House District 69.

Born July 10, 1967, Sheila grew up in Vinita, Oklahoma, where her family owns a multi-generational funeral service business spanning Northeastern Oklahoma. She attended Oklahoma State University on a golf scholarship and graduated with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. A committed Christian, Sheila later built a successful small business in Jenks after her time in public office.

Sheila previously served two terms in the Oklahoma House of Representatives for District 69 (2018–2022), succeeding Chuck Strohm. During her tenure, she rose to leadership roles as Assistant Majority Floor Leader and Majority Caucus Chair. She championed key conservative reforms, including legislation to protect women’s sports, increase transparency in public education spending, and strengthen oversight of taxpayer dollars. Her efforts helped expose waste and abuse in education funding, returning millions of dollars back to Oklahoma classrooms.

After choosing not to seek re-election in 2022, Sheila returned to the private sector as a small business owner in Jenks. Now, she is re-entering the arena because District 69 needs experienced, principled leadership once again.

Sheila is a steadfast defender of faith, family, and freedom. Her priorities include:

• Strong Schools — Improving early reading literacy, supporting teachers, ensuring transparency and accountability in education spending, and getting more dollars into classrooms instead of bureaucracy.

• Economic Growth — Creating a pro-business environment with lower taxes and regulations, attracting high-quality jobs, and supporting small businesses like those throughout Jenks, South Tulsa, and Bixby.

• Government Accountability — Fighting wasteful spending, demanding transparency, and ensuring government remains “of, by, and for the people.”
